Call for Papers
Technical papers and posters that address one of the 5 Congress goals in any of the following areas of interest are invited: aviation, manned aircraft, unmanned aerial systems, space systems, utilization of space environment, fluid-dynamics and thermodynamic, structures, air and space law, aviation and space history, aerospace propulsion, aircraft cabin and cargo systems, flight guidance and control, flight mechanics, information technology and electronics, system management and electronics, aviation & space medicine, mechanical flow technology, spacecraft structures, materials and mechanical testing.
Each author shall present his paper orally (15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion). Posters (Din A1/A0) shall be presented in an exhibition and in a dedicated Poster Session, in which the authors have the opportunity for an oral presentation (5 minutes).
Deadline for receipt of abstracts:
April 13th, 2007
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers or posters electronically using the online abstract submission form. In case of questions please mail to CEAS@dglr.de. Selection of papers and posters will be based on the submitted abstracts based on following criteria: scientific/technical relevance, actuality, reference to the Congress’ motto and goals. Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their contribution by
May 24th, 2007.
Papers and posters will be published in the “DGLR-Jahrbuch 2007” on CD-ROM. For this purpose, authors are asked to prepare their paper or poster according to the instructions and template as published on www.ceas2007.org. The submitted manuscripts shall not exceed 10 single-space, two-column pages. The manuscripts must be available at the DGLR Geschäftsstelle no later than
July 09th, 2007
The right to publish will be transferred to DGLR unlimited and irrevocably with the submission of the paper/poster. DGLR will decide the appropriate place, time, and manner of non gratuitous or gratuitous publication of the submitted papers/posters. Two years after the presentation the author will again be entitled to publish his paper/poster. The consent of DGLR is needed if the author wishes to publish his paper before the expiration of the period allotted. There is no legal claim for consent in the allotted period.
Remarks:
The conference is sponsored entirely from your conference fees and therefore session chairs and speakers per accepted lecture are obliged to pay these fees too, as it is internationally usual. Reductions are not possible.
